Remember the Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader accused of having sex with a high school student? Well, Sarah Jones has pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct and custodial interference. She took a plea bargain in exchange for a slap on the wrist: A five-year "diversion" that includes drug tests and visits with a probation officer but no jail time. First-degree sexual assault would have gotten her up to five years in jail. It helped Jones that the teenager she had sex with wouldn't cooperate with the prosecution.
