Giving thanks is universal, but Thanksgiving Day is one of our unique national holidays. And while there are certain classic dishes that grace tables from sea to shining sea -- roasted turkey! -- we also have some regional specialties. Take a look and see if there's anything you'd like to borrow from, say, the deep South, or if there's a dish from your part of the country you couldn't celebrate Thanksgiving without!
