It's a girl! Kevin and Danielle Jonas welcomed a daughter into the world today. Kevin tweeted that his wife was in labor this morning: "#babyjonas is on the way!! Follow dreft for all the updates!!!!! It's showtime #thisisnotadrill." Just 8 hours later their baby was born. Jonas talked about his future baby's name in January, saying, "[The] middle name has a lot of meaning, but her first name is…different enough, but not totally out there. It's cute." So what is that name?
Alena Rose Jonas. He's right -- Alena is unusual, but certainly not crazy. It's a pretty sounding name, and "Rose" is a lovely middle name as well. We wish the little family well. Jonas live-tweeted his wife's labor and made the birth announcement via Dreft laundry detergent, an interesting choice. Mother and baby both seem to be doing great.
