A second major break has been made in the case of Jessica Ridgeway, the 10-year-old girl who was killed this month. Police have arrested a 17-year-old Austin Reed Sigg for the Colorado girl's abduction and death and for an attempted abduction of a 22-year-old runner. He has been charged with first degree murder, one count of second degree kidnapping, and two counts of criminal attempts. Some sources are saying Sigg was turned in by his mother, who told the AP, "I made the phone call, and he turned himself in. That's all I have to say." Then she began crying before hanging up the phone. Sigg was a student at Arapaho Community College and lives five miles away from Jessica's home.
