How do you know that chicken sandwich is actually chicken and not rat meat? I mean, really, how do you KNOW? A Vietnamese restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida has been accused of capturing rats from the roof and garbage bins and serving the rat meat to unsuspecting customers. Please don't let it be true! But how would anyone know for sure? A television crew invaded the restaurant to ask questions. The customers loyally defended the place. But the owner refused to speak to the reporter, the cashier wouldn't allow cameras into the kitchen, and then there's the latest health inspection: 18 critical health violations.
