What's a supermodel gotta do to get a drink on an economy flight these days? Kate Moss was escorted off a flight from Turkey over the weekend over her "disruptive" behavior. But when you find out what this disruptive behavior actually entails you may wonder what the fuss was all about.
According to a passenger named Emily who spoke with the Daily Mail, Moss appeared a bit tipsy and was refused alcohol by the flight crew. So she helped herself to some vodka from her carry-on luggage, as one does. "But she was not aggressive to anyone and was funny really, the easyJet crew was acting out of proportion," Emily says.
In fact, Emily says, Moss and the friends traveling with her "kept themselves to themselves but appeared to chat to the family next to them .... including playing hairdressers with a young girl." Alas, some other passenger had a problem with Moss and complained.
As Moss was escorted off the plane by police she was heard to call the pilot a "basic bitch."
Well okay, that wasn't very nice of her. But it's not the worst insult out there, either. Maybe Moss just has basic bitches on the brain these days? Two weeks ago designer Marc Jacobs posted a video of himself with Moss chanting "Calling all the basic bitches, calling all the basic bitches: You're basic!"

This, of course, is in homage to YouTube star Lohantony, who started the whole "basic bitch" meme.
What were we talking about again? Oh yes, Kate Moss getting kicked off a flight for having a jolly time and maybe drinking a bit too much vodka. It's a good thing there are people out there whose lives are so boring they have to complain when they share space with a famous supermodel who doesn't just sleep under her black sunglasses and pashmina shawl the whole flight like she's supposed to.
And now this is all anyone wants to talk about today.
For the record: If any of you out there (famous or not) wants to drink vodka and be silly and play with someone's hair on a flight, that's cool with me, you basic bitch. There are definitely worse things a person could do.
