dr ozWant to know how you can eat more and weigh less? Don't we all! The Great and Powerful Dr. Oz will reveal how it's done on his show tomorrow. And I'm dying to find out what his big secret is. I can almost hear the other shoe dropping. What if it's really just "Eat more of this ridiculous raspberry keytone supplement" nonsense?

But but no -- I think this time it's going to be about actual food. Tomorrow's show is about smart snacking. Hope springs eternal! Also, Top Chef judged Gail Simmons will be on hand, hopefully making sure Dr. Oz's super snacks actually taste good.

The episode is called "Snack Attack" and it's all about zapping your hunger with snacks that will turn your body into a fat-burning machine. (Memo to Dr. Oz, I don't want my body to be a machine. Please don't turn me into a cyborg! Unless it's a super-slim cyborg with Madonna arms.) I tried freeze-framing the promo for the show to get an idea of what snacks he's talking about.

His "belly blasting trifecta" looks like a plate of grilled zucchini, a small bowl of chickpeas, some prosciutto wrapped around a mozzarella stick, and an olive -- which is more than three things. But I won't quibble over that -- those are some snacks I could get behind. Especially if you scoot away the zucchini, chickpeas, and mozzarella stick and added more prosciutto. Just kidding! Sort of.

And here's the really intriguing part -- when you eat matters as much as what you eat, if you want to turn your body into a fat-burning machine. So I'm curious about that, too. There's just one little thing: Wouldn't it be helpful if the producers could send us a grocery shopping list BEFORE the show airs? Because something tells me this episode is going to make me hungry. Oh wait -- here it is.

Are you curious about what foods could help you lose weight?
