Did anyone else find themselves suddenly craving donuts while watching the Oscars last night? Maybe that's because Best Live Action Short winner Mat Kirby thanked donuts in his acceptance speech -- specifically the rhubarb donuts from Pump Street Bakery in Suffolk, England. Now we're craving rhubarb donuts, too!
But since we can't travel all the way over there this afternoon, we're looking for recipes to try right here at home. Just one thing, though -- you'll want to pin or bookmark this post for future reference, because rhubarb is usually in season starting in April and running through the summer, depending on where you live.
