I've become obsessed with bread pudding lately -- especially bread pudding cooked overnight in a Crock-Pot and ready for you first thing in the morning. Heaven! It's exactly what I'm in the mood for on cold days, but of course bread pudding also makes a fabulous dessert. Because it's bread, eggs, and milk, we justify it as "good for you" -- but come on. That's some mighty decadent nutrition!
