Whenever someone mentions Gisele Bundchen, two things come to mind: That body, and that hair. Well, say goodbye to your image of the supermodel's long, glossy, golden mane. In a new Balenciaga ad,Gisele's hair gets a buzz cut. You may not even recognize her -- I sure didn't when I first saw the ad. And I'm floored that she would be so daring. Was she bored with her perfect hair? Is she just getting too hot under those long locks? Is this her new summer 'do? And is everyone else going to start cutting their hair like this? Cutting isn't even the word. Mowing is more like it -- take a look.

Yikes! I know she's a good friend of Alexander Wang, Balenciaga's new artistic director. But would you go this far for a friend or in the name of fashion? What does Gisele's husband Tom Brady think of this look?
Okay, enough teasing -- it appears Gisele's buzz cut was actually just photoshopped in. Over the weekend she Instagrammed a selfie that shows all her hair intact, on her head where it belongs. Because come on, she's a bit batty sometimes but she's not insane.

Nothing to see here, folks. Just a model cheering a futbol match with her baby. Gisele still has all of her hair. Repeat: Gisele still has Model Hair™ and all is right with the world.

Phew! I almost think she posted this photo to reassure everyone that she did not really chop off all her tresses. You know what, though? It wouldn't be like Gisele to lop off her mane like that. But isn't it cool that she could "borrow" a buzz cut for that ad? For once, this is a dramatic Photoshop change I actually like.
