If you'd like to eat out on Christmas day, you actually have a lot of options. Your favorite restaurant may not be open, but several chain restaurants are open for business on December 25. The following restaurants have confirmed that most of their locations are open, but it's always a good idea to call ahead just to be sure.
Applebee’s: At select locations; Hours may vary.
Boston Market: Select restaurants open on Christmas Day.
Brick House Tavern and Tap: Select locations open at 4 or 5 PM. Akron and Amherst will be closed.
Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurants: Open at 11 am Christmas Day for dine in or to go.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Open at participating locations.
Chompie’s: Open 7 AM to 9 PM.
Del Taco: Many locations open, hours vary.
Denny’s: Open 24 hours.
Domino’s Pizza: Some franchise locations open on Christmas Day. Hours vary.
El Torito: Open at some locations.
Fire Mountain: Open from noon until 6 PM.
Golden Corral: Some locations open.
HomeTown Buffet: Open from noon until 6 PM at some locations.
Hooters: Open, but hours and locations vary.
IHOP: Open at some locations.
Jack in the Box: Open, though some locations will have limited hours.
Legal Sea Foods: Open, hours vary.
McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks: Open at some locations.
Mitchell’s Fish Market: Open from 12 PM until 10 PM.
Old Country Buffet: Open from noon until 6 PM on Christmas Day at some locations.
Ruby Tuesday: Open at some locations.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House: Open, hours vary.
Ryan’s: Open from noon until 6 PM at some locations.
Sarpino’s Pizzeria: Open regular hours.
Shoney’s: Open.
Sizzler: Open at some locations.
Smith & Wollensky: Open.
Starbucks: Open.
Steak ‘n Shake: Open at 11:00 AM.
