What do you think heaven tastes like? Well, here's one theory: Heaven in a Crock-Pot tastes like melty brownies and cookies with vanilla ice cream on top. I came across this recipe for Heaven in a Crock-Pot on Pinterest. Actually, it was the photo -- I mean, just look at it. What a decadent, gooey mess! In a great way. The recipe is incredibly easy, just cookie dough and brownie mix combined with eggs and butter. You could try the same thing with homemade cookie dough and brownie batter, though.
Heaven in a Crock-Pot by Jen Benkart
Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
1 pouch Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
Directions:
Mix it all together. Cook about 3 hours on low. Top with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream, as desired.
