The man who kidnapped a 10-year-old girl last week is still at large. But Tobias Dustin Summers has been charged with 36 counts of sexual assault, kidnapping, and first degree burglary. We knew the girl had been sexually assaulted, but it must have been especially awful to add up to 36 counts (he had her for 10 hours!). Police are calling it an "unspeakably traumatic attack." And she was only ten years old. The LA Times has details on what Summers allegedly did to this innocent child, but you may not want to read them.
