I love me some Downton Abbey like crazy, but if I had just one complaint (besides the obvious, they need to stop killing off characters), it would be this: It's all white folks! Okay, I know it's England betwixt the wars, and there were no fancy black aristocrats in England in those days. But seriously? Not even downstairs? Is it because they're in the country? Well, the producers have also noticed how lily white their cast is, and they're going to do something about that. A black character is coming to Downton Abbey. And no, that character is not going to be scrubbing pots with Mrs. Patmore. This character is going to be way more fun than that!![]()
