Chuck E. Cheese's is not my favorite place on Earth. But when I go there, I do expect to be relatively safe. It's a kids' restaurant, after all. There are games, playground equipment, and masses of little people running all over the place. So imagine someone brings in a semi-automatic pistol. And then pulls it out of her handbag. And threatens another parent with it. Thirty-year-old Tawana Bourne allegedly pulled out her gun and waved it at another woman at a Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant in Connecticut. The two had gotten into an argument. Bourne was there with her child, and the woman she threatened was also with a child. Thank god no one was hurt! Does it make anyone feel better that Bourne had a valid permit for that gun -- or does it make you feel worse?
